Bookings and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

• Rates are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation
• Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges

Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival
• Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to one night's charge
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount
• Special rates and packages may have different cancellation policies

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to anyone who violates hotel policies
• Request immediate departure for inappropriate behavior
• Charge for any damage to hotel property
• Report illegal activities to authorities

Limitation of Liability

Edoya Hotel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or facilities.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
